Amazing location and incredible restaurant right on the sea. Check-in was very easy. The accommodations were roomy and clean. Perfect for groups and families. The unit itself was beautiful and modern. Very clean and in an amazing location. As with all Old Towns there is no parking within the old town, but you are able to enter to drop off your luggage, collect the parking pass. You then have to drive to the parking structure which is underground and secure. Only about a 5-10 min walk from the unit. It is a lot of stairs so I don't recommend leaving anything in the car you may need. Beautiful walk though.

Beautiful location, wonderful warm welcome. We wish we had splurged a bit and spent longer. The private beaches are bliss and host some of the clearest, bluest water weve seen yet in Croatia. The kitchens are well equipped. The whole site has had a lot of love put into it and the hosts were so lovely and warm, showing us around. A highlight of our trip so far. Will be recommending this to everyone!

Featuring a roof terrace with a private hot tub and a sun terrace with sun loungers, Floating Sea Houses MARINA LUX is located in Marina Portorož. Wonderful location at the marina in Portoroz! Sleeping on a houseboat was definitely extraordinary for us! We would definitely recommend it as an adventure for family. (our stay was early April, it was quiet when we were there but could imagine that it becomes noisy during peek season).
